Returns

* In original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

* Opened trading cards, booster packs, or collectible items where packaging integrity affects value

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos of the issue and your order number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
